It depends on the womens body. And she may only show to people who know her body pretty well, like herself and her partner. It's hard to say, everyone is different. And if she is 5' 1" tall and 300 pounds, most likely she won't show much. But if she is 6' tall and 300 pounds, she may show a little more. Like I said, it really depends on the women.

I am 5'8 and about 250-260 lbs. You could not tell I was carrying until about 6 or 7 months when the baby was bigger and above my "gut". With my last pregnancy, I was very very big by the end of it.
