A very good question. To cut a long story short, all the countries owe money to the 'illuminati' owned central banks (World Bank, IMF, etc). Who are the'illuminati'? A network of interbreeding families e.g. the European royal families, the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, etc. I mean, we're not talking about the super rich here, we're talking about the super super super rich. The people that basically own the planet itself - i.e. the land, resources, banks, the global corporations and therefore every aspect of our lives.
