Answer

Pregnancy is dated by adding 2 weeks to the weeks that you are.. for example.. if you are 11 weeks then you actually concieved 9 weeks ago.. they actually count pregnancy from your last menstral period, even though you were not actually pregnant for about 2 more weeks..

If you have had an ultrasound then your doctor would have been able to give you an EDD date of the birth. The site below will enable you to accurately establish the date of conception based on your due date or last menstruation date. After clicking on the link, scroll down a little until you come to a list of dates. It is the most accurate table on the Net.

Can an ultrasound show you when you conceived?  Can an ultrasound determine the day a woman conceived?  If on september 18th ultrasound showed baby 11 weeks 4 days does that mean you conceived on the 29th of June or do you count another 2 weeks onto that date?  If you got an ultrasound done and it told you you was 11weeks 1 day can you count back to see when you conceived?
