Just because your breasts stop hurting at seven weeks doesn't mean you lost your baby. It just means that you maybe one of the lucky ones. Some women never have pregnancy symptoms to even comfirm that they are pregnant. No what it means is that everyone's body reacts differently to how they are doing in their own pregnancy. Are you still having other pregnancy symptoms or have they stopped to, this is very important? Hopefuly it is just the sore breasts that have gone away, if you get a chance check back with me, i'd be curious to keep talking with you. Do you have other symptoms or is that the only one? From the Questioner: I was worried for a day or two, but now it's apparent everything is okay -- I still have LOTS of other symptoms. I had a "missed abortion" last time round, so I guess I was really expecting no better this time. Most of the books say breast tenderness might change about end of first trimester, I only found one tiny reference that suggested they MIGHT feel a little better by the third month.
