No. The temperature of a healthy human body always stays in the range of 97-99 degrees F and will not be elevated significantly due to a hot shower. Humans are warm blooded animals- This means that our body temperature remains the same regardless of the temperature outside. We have a feedback system (homeostasis) that adjusts to temperature change as well as various other changes effecting our body.So although sperm cells can be damaged and killed by extreme temperatures (such as a male wearing tight underwear and pants) this is not an effective means of Birth Control.

Try spermicide, condoms or birth control.
