The baby will have either type A or type B blood.

If the mother is +\- for the Rh allele, the baby could be positive or negative. If she is ++, then the baby can only be positive (positive is dominant). My husband and I are both positive, but our baby is negative, so we must both be +\-.

The cross would be AA x OO or AO x OO which would result in either AO or OO depending on whether the A+ person was AA or AO. so they would be either A+ or O + it doesn't really depend on what is more common but depends on whether the A+ person is really AA+ or AO+

O POSITIVE, However, there may be some type of medical info that I am not aware of but from knowledge the baby should have the same blood type since both the mother and the father have O POSITIVE. Check with your physician or a RN they would be better about giving you data and information. Also go to allied health nursing on the net it may answer your questions
