You are a minor child in legal terms. Minor children must have parents consent to leave home. Just being pregnant does not change the existing laws to work in your favor ... the law is the law, no matter what the circumstances.
This whole can become a real sticky problem. One one hand, the guy can be charged with statutory rape, rape of a minor, and could be jailed as well as being tagged with being a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The parents - do they know about this pregnancy? I mean, both sets of parents. I applaud the guys desire to take responsibility for the newborn, but being on the road all the time could be a rough life for this new family. Lest to not forget that you also need to finish high school, too!! Someday, that diploma or GED certificate will be needed for employment needs.
