If you follow his recommendations you will be healthy and also maintain a weight you should be. It's important that you get back on meats to some degree. Our stomachs require certain acids that comes from especially beef. Even though it's more expensive, free-range chickens, eggs, and beef are well worth it and I buy it. Free-range means there are no additives in it (NO HORMONES) like in regular meats. Make stir fries with lots of veggies and either chicken, beef or seafood. Make enough so you can put extra in freezer bags and you have quick healthy meals ready in a flash in the future.
