  • Fasting is dangerous! Our bodies require food! Jack Lelane puts out a great juicer and has lived on his juice mixes for many years and is very healthy. He mixes fruits and veggies. If he is having broccoli, spinach he will add a green apple for a bit of a sweet taste to it. I suggest you spend the money on one of his juicers (no I don't work for him) and start juicing! If you follow his recommendations you will be healthy and also maintain a weight you should be. It's important that you get back on meats to some degree. Our stomachs require certain acids that comes from especially beef. Even though it's more expensive, free-range chickens, eggs, and beef are well worth it and I buy it. Free-range means there are no additives in it (NO HORMONES) like in regular meats. Make stir fries with lots of veggies and either chicken, beef or seafood. Make enough so you can put extra in freezer bags and you have quick healthy meals ready in a flash in the future.
