Mountain Dew! A Joke of course.
I believe you are referring to Pre-natal classes or childbirth coaching classes. Do not confuse with pre-marital Pre-Cana conferences sponsored by the Roman Catholic church as indoctrination sessions into current, up-to-date Marriage law and church practices related to that. The Cana term is derived from the Biblical Wedding feast where Christ turned water into wine. One wonders what the beverage of choice would have been had it been held in the Golan Heights or the Sinai area- answer- Mountain Dew!
no in fact most of it is biblical
There is no biblical record of Him going to Scotland.
There is no biblical account of this
Christ's blood cleansing us from the bondage of sin.
For a normal christian wedding there is no symbolism with wine, it is just a drink you have with the wedding feast. However, iIf the wedding service includes a Communion (Mass) then the wine in the service symbolizes the blood of Christ.
it was when he turned water into wine at the wedding in Cana
The church is Christ's bride (Eph. 5:22-31).
The wedding cake represent the bread which is the body of Christ, the toasting represent the wine which is the blood of Christ, the dove in Christianity is normally a symbol of the Holy Spirit. So, Christian use the Cake and Wine (toast) as a symbol for communion with Christ. Remember, a Christian wedding is a symbol of Christ and the Church, and Christ should be remembered at the foundation of Christian marriage as a Rock which builders rejected as the bible said. I think i should end here.. will add more next time.
Rosh Hashanah was a Biblical holiday, so it was celebrated for centuries before the birth of Jesus Christ and has been celebrated continuously since then.
Jesus turned the water into wine, at the wedding in Canaan.
Mother Teresa was never married. She was a sister, a bride of Christ.
