It means your SRS system (Airbags) have been diasabled due to a preceived faulty condition. This is typically due to faulty readings coming from the weight sensor in the passenger seat. Acura has issue a warranty extension on the 2000 RL ABS system. You should be able to take to a dealership and have repaired free of charge. Just remember that if the light stays on you have no airbag protection in the event of an accident.
