If the ZIP codes and sale price are incorrect on the deed how do you correct this?

You'll have to go to the county recorders office or whatever it's called in your state/county.

When you purchased the home you may have purchased title insurance. The title company may have recorded the information incorrectly. Look through your documents when you purchased the home for your "Title Insurance Policy" and contact the title company and let them know what the problem is. They should be able to and may even be legally binded to correct the mistake.
