If there is no law on animal testing then why is it being done?

because people are stupid and they have nothing else to do but harm innocent animals and kill them in the process... they are dumb people that dont realize that killing an animal is killing a living being...and they dont know that animal actually have feelings too... and they dont care like some of us do...(me and forrest)...i just think they should stop animal testing because it kills millions of animals each year....it is plain out @#!$%&* stupid!!!!!!!!!!
