If you truly loved this person, I don't think there is anyway to 'suppress' your love for them, you may always love them. But if they have married someone else, it is important to accept their decision, realize that they have made a decision to NOT fight for a relationship with you or wait for you, and you should move on. They have committed to taking their life journey with someone else and that is really all you need to know. It doesn'tn mean you won't remember them or think of them or miss them from time to time, but it does mean that they are no longer a potential life partner to you. So you can either decide to live your life alone or search for a partner who is absolutely certain that you are the one for them. Just my thoughts....
