If you're 14 weeks pregnant with twins what may be the cause of pains in the right side of your abdomen?

The most likely cause is stretching of the ligaments supporting the uterus. this happens with singleton pregnancies too, but obviously more quickly with multiples. It may be something totally unrelated to pregnancy and if you are worried see your doctor.

It might be her appendix. I had that kind of pain too and I had to have my appendix taken out that night. go to the hostipal or call 911,
