That could be a very bad thing to do I'm not sure because I don't know were you live now but I know here you can move out when your 17 but can't leave state till your 18. but You can get emancipated when your 16 and that means you will be counted as an adult but to that at 16 you have to have a job be in school and be able to pay for court on your own and if not have a friend to live with and their parents have to agree but you also have to have a good reason not to want to be in your house not just something stupid but if you just run away your boyfriend will go to jail for kidnapping even though he didn't kidnap you and for statutory rape and you will either be sent back home and in trouble are in a juvenile home or in foster care but that all depends on where you are from so pick a wise choice. Your boyfriend can get into BIG trouble. Don't do that to him. well most, not all, but most states you are not allowed to move out until you are 18, and if you run away, and your parents find out where you are, most likely they will go to where you are and bring you back, by law they are allowed to... YOU SHOULD DO IT GIRL BUT ONLY IF YOU KNOW HE AIN'T GONNA LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND MAKE SURE HE LOVES YOU BEFORE YOU DO IT!!! BUT I WOULDN'T DO IT BECAUSE Colorado IS COLD AND I HATE COLD PLACES I WOULD PROBABLY GO TO Florida WITH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

{| |- | Criminal charges to the boyfriend for transporting a minor across state lines. I assume there is sexual contact, so there could be criminal charges for statutory rape and other crimes of a sexual nature. If your parents did allow it they could be subject to criminal charges. It isn't worth throwing your and his life away. |}

The only way you ca move in with him if your parents give all your rights to your boyfriend, but you can't move out without your parents permission because your still a minor and your boyfriend is 23 and he could go to jail if your parents are not ok with it. So just stay home and with at least a year or two and see how everything is going with your parents and your boyfriend. I am 18 years old live in Chicago and my boyfriend is 20 years old and lives in Texas we want to move in together but my parents don't let me what should i do?

You're both legal adults since you're 18, so there is no legal reason why you cannot. Your parents can effectively do nothing to stop you. The only obstacle is what moving in together will do, first, to your relationship with your boyfriend and, second, to your relationship with your parents.
