None. Alabama does have an early emancipation statute, Alabama Code Title 26-Chapter 13. However, it only applies to minors who are over the age of 18, as the age of majority for the state is 19. Therefore a sixteen years old would not qualify for early emancipation and must abide by parental wishes or risk having juvenile authorities intervene to resolve the problem(s).

Can a pregnant 15 year old get married in Alabama?

In Alabama, a person under the age of 16 cannot legally consent to marriage, unless they meet certain exceptional circumstances. Pregnancy alone does not automatically make a 15-year-old eligible for marriage. However, there may be exceptions or legal arrangements that allow for underage marriage with parental or judicial consent, depending on the specific circumstances. It is recommended to consult a legal professional or local authorities for accurate and up-to-date information.

Can you get married if you are 16 in Texas and your girlfriend is pregnant?

For your sake I hope you are below 18 since the age of consent in Texas is 17 and this otherwise could be statutory rape. Marriage would not change that. For someone aged 16-17yo, pregnant or not, you will need written parental consent on an official form in the presence of the county clerk or an order from the Texas district court authorizing your marriage.

Can a sixteen year old marry his pregnant girlfriend in Missouri without parental consent?

The only way for him to marry his girlfriend is for her to be 18 and him to have parental consent or if she is under the age of 18 both would need parental consent. The male would have to be legally divorced from his parents otherwise.

Can you marry an illegal person if you are pregnant and underage if you have your parents permission?

Most states have an age of consent for sex, and an age of consent for marriage (which may be the same of different). If you are above the age of consent for marriage then you can marry him. If not even with your parent's permission it will likely not be recognized as a legal marriage by the USA. Be warned, marrying an illegal alien is not a guarantee they won't be deported.
