You should talk to her, ask her out to a movie. Tell her shes pretty, not hott, pretty. Coming from a girl, Just make her notice you, Talk to her, Oh and when you decide to ask her out, Do it in person, i know I can't stand, notes or texts, or friends doing it, it shows you are unconfident. But you should Just talk, get to know what she likes, and aply it, She will eventually notice...Good Luck >.o
