For a proper diagnosis, I recommend that you see your doctor and don't be shy about revealing any information. Your doctor has seen it all and knows about all sorts of complications and embarrassing bodily function/problems. It is important not to hide or leave out any information if you have a particular issue.

It could be something wrong with your gastorial system. Ie. Your gallbladder, I just recently had this taken out and Abdomin Pains/back Pains and the feeling you can't breath at times is a sign of gallstones. Little buggers can be very very painful and dangerous. Get checked, go to the hospital or your family doctor and request an ultrasound in your lower abdomin.
