Unfortunately there is no easy way to answer this for you or to make you feel better but child birth is difficult for everyone but at your age you will have extra obstacles and yes it does and will hurt. And this is only the beginning as you will have a life depending on you for at least the next 18+ years. Make sure you seek all the support you can during this time through any teen pregnancy groups, crisis centres, YWCA etc.- they will all help prepare you for your future with child.
Very confusing question. Pregnant ladies are pregnant until they give birth - whether they prefer to be pregnant or give birth is a different question. From what I've seen, the closer they are to their due date the more they would prefer to give birth rather than stay pregnant
All creatures give birth, if they didn't they would die out. Yes dogs give birth to live puppies after being pregnant for 9 months

A cat that is pregnant usually would come right to your outside door and scratch or meow and try to get in when she feels she is ready. But if she was to birth outside, she would probably give birth underneath a porch, in a bush, any place where no one would disturb her. But most likely she would try to get inside your house first
No that would be a miscarriage. No baby will survive it that early.
No, they are able to give birth/lay eggs without any help. Helping would likely lead to injury of the fish.
You would call her a pregnant woman about to give birth.
Your rabbit was not/is not pregnant
