I live in TN, (Nashville). It is rape because he is more than 4 years older than you. Any child 13-18 can consent to sex with someone that is up to 4 years older than them. I don't think that they can do anything if no one says anything, especially if u are married( don't go get married though.) But the hospital where u give birth will notify child services. I am not an expert.
Yes, he can. He can be charged with statutory rape, which is a felony, even if you and your parents don't want him to be.
