I just posted this question. I'm 17, and my boyfriend is 19. I've been living with him since mid-March. I just found out that I'm pregnant, about 2 months, but I feel like I can't go to the doctor or go to apply for aide because my insurance is Medicaid, under my mom, and my mom still claims me on her food stamp benefits. If I have to claim myself and my baby, then she won't get her benefits anymore and will know something's up, eventually finding out that I'm pregnant. I do not plan to tell her at all. We don't get along well, to say the least, and if she knew I was pregnant she would make me move back in with her. It's an unsafe environment, and very dirty. She's bipolar, but when her doctor told her, she stopped seeing him.She doesn't take any medication for it, and has dramatic highs and lows every 5 seconds. Sheimagines illnesses constantly, and to be completely frank, is crazy. I need help knowing legally what I can do so that I can get medical help for me and my baby, without having to go through my mom. My boyfriend and I plan to keep and raise him/her and were actually talking about having a child, this is just a little earlier than we had hoped. I love him very much, and we make enough money to support each other but not quite a child yet, which is why I also need some sort of financial aide. Also, another question: Can I get married to my boyfriend legally without my mom's consent now that I'm pregnant? Or do I still have to wait until I'm 18? I would really like to know. If someone could please help me with this, my e-mailsare sototallykrysish@funkyjunkielove.comand glit_ter_girl_36@hotmail.com With my hotmail you can also add me to Yahoo! or MSN messengers to talk to me.
It sounds as if you're not legally responsible for the deceased client.
After approval for medicaid due to pregnancy, both you and your unborn child should remain covered by medicaid through the duration of your pregnancy, plus two months past the month of childbirth. After the birth of your child, the baby should be eligible for newborn medicaid. Both parents of an eligible child may or may not become eligible for medicaid, depending on income and other factors.
Most states require parental permission if you're under 18. I found this information which you might want to check. Yes, your boyfriend can get in BAD trouble for having sex with you. Other situations - Pregnant Teens: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland and Oklahoma allow pregnant teens or teens who have already had a child to get married without parental consent.
if he has a baby on the and ur pregant by him yes you only you should tell him and is he the only one you had sex with
No, obviously you can't get pregnant as a result of this. In order to get pregnant sperm needs to get into your vagina, not on your chest - if you don't know how babies are made then stop doing sexual things with your boyfriend and educate yourself, it's not okay that you don't already know this.
I already have a boyfriend. I have & want more
Your pregnant! Think of yourself right now. You ca't abort the baby, but your boyfriend will have another chance at collage. Get married quickly; make sure he stays with you. If he complains he is no boyfriend, and anyway, it is his fault! Get married and give birth! Forget collage right now, it can wait!
