That is something that you need to decide for yourself. You are an adult now and should be capable of making adult decisions.
If you believe you're in a good position to take care of a baby.. diapers, day care, long nights, time, food, money, and all.. then maybe keeping the baby wouldn't be so bad. But if you know in your heart that you are not ready for a baby and know you cant support one, then do the adult thing and give her to a loving family who is in a better position, and probably cannot conceive on their own.
But ultimately, you need to look inside yourself for the answer to this question.
