If you are 5'5'' and 60 kilos how can you get back down to 50 kilos if you have hit a plateau? |
[Edit] |
Answer
As you are in the healthy weight range (BMI 22) , you may have just reached the weight that your body likes to be at. Everyone has their own optimal weight and usually this weight increases as you get older.
At 50 kilos, your BMI would only be 18.3. In other words, you would be considered underweight and you may endanger your health if you loose so much weight.
First thing to do is to adjust your unrealistic and dangerous weight goals. If you want to drop a couple of kilos, that's fine-- but ten is just too much.
Keep eating right and exercising-- if there are no changes, it may just be time to accept that you have already reached your optimum weight.
