Depending on the age of consent in your state and that of your family. If you family wants to take it further they could, if your states maturity age is 18 because you obviously conceived under 18... Check with your state or county court house and asked the legal age of maturity.
Not likely. Merely the pregnancy is not illegal. And as both are minors there has not been any illegal conduct. However if the girl has been impregnated by force (rape) you can be arrested. Depends what state you live in but most likely no. There's usually a 2 year buffer for relationships with at least one minor in it. So if you were 18 and your girlfriend was 16, you wouldn't get in trouble, in MOST STATES. You're both minors so other than some filing for child support etc., there's nothing much that can happen in my opinion.
Obviously, don't take this as an official answer and CONTACT A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY. ---- you can't go to jail unless the police know about it so just make sure the police don't know. (Make sure your gf doesn't tell)
Yes, it is possible that he could be sentenced to juvenile detention, but because of his age it is also possible that he might be tried as an adult. The level of offense can depend entirely on which state this occurred in. it's up to the parents of the 14 year old child and then again the 14 year old child can get an aborsion added: ATTN Questioner: Please research this matter carefully according to YOUR state's particular laws, and/or consult with an attorney. When it comes to statutory rape, and the welfare of minor children, the legal and social service agencies become involved and it is NO LONGER an option of the parents as to any choices in the matter.
This depends on whether that state has what is called the Romeo and Juliet law. If that is the case then you're likely not to get into trouble.
That depends on the age of consent where you reside.
no
yes he can still get in trouble
YEs
yes you can
You better believe it! It is at least a Class one misdemeanor.
The best way to help a pregnant guinea pig is to let her be herself and let her have lots of time with the daddy/boyfriend, and keep her out of trouble.
I don't believe you can. My friend is 16 and pregnant with her 16 year old ex-boyfriend's child. There can be legal trouble. Child support, adoption, and a few other things I believe.
Yes
tell him your aborting .
No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor. You are still subject to your parent's rules and authority until you turn 18. And if you runaway and Boyfriend takes you in, he can get into a whole lot of legal trouble over it.
you can get into legal trouble
