it depends on your body.. Im 37 weeks and 2 days dilated 2, 50% effaced and I drs. say i can go today or in a few weeks.. Just suggest walking, intercourse, and just relaxing and not thinking about it. Our bodies tend to become a defense and will hold off labor if your stressed. Hopefully this helps.
probabaly not long you are showing signs of going into labor on your own but that can change sometimes you may require some petocin to help you proceed
It varies
You can be effaced and dialated for weeks with your first child.... Thanks for putting a downer on me lol joke thanks for answer much needed
Months, hang in there!!
yes, as long as it is not every 5 minutes.
depends on whos doing it
about six weeks.
So long as you are certified and have your Vet Tech license then you should be able to help deliver foals.
About 14 seconds and then you should probably go to the hospital, unless you are a hillbilly that doesn't live anywhere near a hospital then you use the bath tub.
You sure can. I'm 37 weeks, my baby hasn't dropped a bit either. But my doc did tell me I am 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced. She thinks I will have a long labor. It is my first.
50% is out of 100% which means your cervix is paper thin. Once your cervix is dialated to 10cm & your 100% effaced baby is ready to be born. How long it could be in this position, depends on your body.
There is no set time after an epidural that you deliver. There are many factors that go into delivery. It depends on how dialated you are when you receive the epidural Also, how fast and strong your contractions are. You can be in labor for quite a while after you get your epidural. The joy is that you don't mind it so much anymore.
It can be anywhere from an hour to a week. Call a doctor !
Early baby pigeons leave after about a month.
