Perhaps. Property that can be included in bankruptcy is governed by the the filing, state and/or federal. Each state has specific exemptions amounts for real and personal property. An issue such as a motorhome would depend on what type exemption (if any) pertains to the vehicle. Sorry, but w/o knowing your resident state or type of BK you are considering, a more specific answer is not possible.
