Porsche uses different internal numbers for the turbo models, the following are what they have; 924 Turbo = 931
944 Turbo = 951
911 Turbo = 930 The 930 line stopped in 1989, Porsche got away from the different internal numeration for turbo and non-turbo models. "911" is the generic term for Porsche's iconic rear-engine sports car. The internal numerical designation for the present model is 997, and Porsche now applies that designation to both Turbo and non-Turbo models.
