If you built a time machine with all new parts when you went back would the parts you use disappear because they didn't exist then?

No. Otherwise it wouldn't be a time machine. And if you took some spares with you
and left them there when you came back it would save you months having to
make all the parts in the first place.
Srsly though, your question states a paradox but it assumes that a time machine
can be made at all and there's no evidence to that effect. What if you had never
been born and you went back in a time machine and impregnated your mother?
See. Language allows some pretty outrageous questions. Language is not physics.
Another angle: You've already specified an assumption built on a fantasy ... that
a time machine has been built. You started writing the fiction, and then suddenly
handed it to us to continue. We say: You're already deep into the fiction, and the
story has already taken the shape that you invented, so you might as well go on
and invent the next step, in whatever form would most satisfy you.
