Answer

Generally, no. Some dealers will offer a period of time that allow customers to return a car (i.e. 72 hours). But in most cases, once you drive it off the lot, you own it.

Suggestion:

Have the dealer put in the contract a clause for a 3 day trial period. This is the only way to get that kind of 3 day test drive.
