Forward and Side Splitsno this does not mean that you can definitely do the box splits (side). i can only do the box splits this is because my quads are more stretched than my calves. if you want to be able to do the box splits remember to wam up before you attempt them because if you don't you will probably pull a muscle which HURTS A LOT. hope this helps x

yes and also make sure that if you want to be able to do the splits, stretch at least once every day and slowly you should be able to see a difference
