It might kill some of the adult lice, but it is the eggs they lay that it wont kill. It take using that shampoo and then one of those really fine lice egg combs to get rid of them. Also everything needs to be washed/dried and and any plushy toys or pillows need to be qaurintined in a plastic bag for two weeks. That is what I read recently in the newspaper anyway. Good luck.
