If you gained weight rapidly can you lose it just as quick? |

You can but you have to get off your duff and do something about it. Weight loss takes plenty of water and excersize. Our body's are made up on the bases of water, so you have to give back what you normally do to speed your motabolizim. When you gain weight, your body tends to feel more hungry then when you are thinner, since your stomach has expanded due to the foods that you eat, and the more calories you burn at a higher weight. SO you have to eat a couple hundered calories less a day, and boost your exersize to accomplish your goal, because we all know how easy it is to enjoy food!!! :)
