I was given an 18 ft round 4 1/2 ft. deep pool. You will need to replace the liner if not it can cause the pool to collaspe do to liner shrinkage. Check to see how much wiring you will need to run electricity to the pump and any outdoor lighting. In checking to have someone come in and set it up it would costed me around 1200 but we dug it out ourselves and including liner chemicals, and wiring we spent 600 dollars. Hope it helps
You will have to communicate well with the neighbor because removing the root will affect his tree. Hopefully, the neighbor will pitch in some money as well, but it is not something you should expect.
i had both knee replaced about how much should i expect to get for payout
Several years, if taken care of properly.
I think in our days , it best to go for someone you know ,when entering into a relationship with your neighbor you are aware of what to expect cause you have observe that person for a very long time , so you sort of have a clear understanding of what kind of person you are dealing with .so i would definitely recommend that .
i replaced the whole exhaust system on mine about $350 the muffler was only $39
You can expect to pay about $100-$200 at a mechanic in Wilmington, OH to have both your rear drum breaks replaced/repaired.
You and your neighbor have differences over your dogs, apparently. Read your governing documents to determine how you can live with your dogs in the community within the covenants defined there. If your dogs behave in violation of the covenants you agreed to when you purchased your property, you can expect the board to step in and point out your voilation, potentially based on your neighbor's complaint. You can cure your violation by agreeing to follow the guidelines. If you are not in violation, and your neighbor complains about your dogs, you and your neighbor can sit down and work out your differences. The board cannot be involved in disputes between neighbors where neither is in violation of the governing documents.
You expect the oxygen from exhaled air to be replaced by carbon bi oxide. There is physical limitation to this because of the physiological dead space. Fishes do not have it. You expect the air to get saturated with water completely, subjected again to physiological dead space.
You should expect to pay between 50 and 80 dollars for the gasket and between 4 and 6 hours for the labor at your shops labor rate.
I would imagine yes but will depend on your local laws. Phone your local council for advice. In most municipalities, the neighbor has the right to trim any branches off your tree that hang over his property--at his expense. Insurance companies expect that homeowners will protect their homes from any tree branches whether they belong to the homeowner or the neighbor's tree
if my heads are warped and gasket needs replacing what longterm damages and repairs should i expect
The skin is always shedding and has to be constantly replaced from lower layers. The teeth are not being replaced. They are eroded and not rebuilt as we age.
