You need a USB 2.0 PCI card for a PC or a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card for a laptop. (Must be USB 2.0 or better)
You can get them from any good computer parts supplier or outlet like PCWORLD or online at places like www.ebuyer.com
Make sure you have a spare PCI slot in your PC.
Insert the card, install the drivers if required (Drivers are on a CD supplied with the card if required).

Many laptops have HI-SPEED USB2 compliant hardware, but often driver problems cause the error "HI-SPEED USB Device Attached To non-HI-SPEED Hub".
