As long as your education is at an equivalent level to that of somebody that has completed 12th grade, then no, you don't.
Some colleges have minimum age requirements, though...

What if some one goes to school in colombia and there they graduate in 11th junior in high school and in USA they graduate in 12th Would that person have to do his senior year or can he go straight to?
