It will not show up, unless another person was invloved and they put a claim against you. If you do not report it it will not go on your driving record.

Answer2: Nothing will show up, but why risk your own life and the life of other people driving in an uninsured vehicle. This time you may get away with it, but what about the next time and you actually cause great injury to yourself or injure or kill someone else in an accident.

What are your thoughts on the defense of accident?

If it were on purpose, it would be called "Reckless Driving". An accident is just that, an accident. You didn't plan it, it wasn't intended, but it happened.

Do vehicle code points from a traffic ticket in Pennsylvania transfer to your Maryland driving record?

Who pays medical bills when third party involved i was working when third party struck me from behine. now third party won't pay?

If you are insured, YOUR insurance company should pay you - and they will take action (called 'subrogation') against the company that insured the driver that was the cause of the accident. If they were un-insured, you will have to apply to your state's un-insured motorist program for re-imbursement, and/or sue the responsible party.

What type of insurance was developed to reduce the time and cost of settling automobile injury cases?

It is called "no-fault insurance" and assigns claims in an accident to each insured party's own insurer. Most forms of no-fault restrict the ability of the insured party to sue for additional damages.

Will car insurance pay for a car totaled in a DUI accident?

It should. If the "at fault" vehicle is insured, it's supposed to cover the victim's vehicle 100%. If the "at fault" vehicle has comprehensive and collision insurance that insurance is supposed to cover the at fault vehicle up to the deductable amount. Note that the drunk driver will loose his insurance and be required to get the VERY expensive DUI "insurance endorsment" since he/she is now in the highest risk bracket. BTW, when a drunk driver causes a collision it's not called an "accident". Accident is when things just happen. Driving drunk is the CAUSE of the collision and as such the collision is not called an accident. Call it a wreck, crash or just about anything else that takes away the implication of a random act.

Can an insurance company claim damages from a person who was involved in an accident with the insured after his vehicle is repaired by the insurance company?

Yes; the process is called subrogation. The insurer that paid for the repair of its's insured's vehicle succeeds to the right of action against the at-fault party for the purpose of collecting that which it paid. The subrogating insurer has no greater rights than its insured did, such that if its insured is found to have been, for example, 30% at fault for the collision (in those states that adhere to comparative negligence), the insurer can recover only 70% of its damages.

Do you have to pay to fix the other car if no one was at fault in accident there is a police report but no ticket was given?

Someone was at fault if their was an accident. Just because you didn't get a ticket, doesn't mean that the Police Officer didn't cite one driver for the accident. The codes tell who is at fault. Police have become way to cautious about issuing tickets in accident situations because they don't want to be called to court in these situations. The codes on the accident report tell who is at fault.

Which are preventive measures of road accidents?

I would say NOT driving is the only preventative measure. Anyone can get into an accident, but most of the time they are really called, "on purposes". You purposely checked your text message. You purposely turned left in front of that oncoming car. You purposely were distracted by something that caused the 'accident' so please, Pay Attention to your driving.
