really depends on how many were promoted that year. for example in 2009 there were 15,223 of 30,574 promoted. so if you were in this promotion cycle you would divide 15,223 by 12 for the months in a year. then take that number 1,268 per month and multiply it until you reach 11000. take the times it took to get there, which is 9 or 9 months. which comes out to may 01 of 2010. hope this helps.

How do you know when to sew on staff sergeant?

Once the Air Force starts promoting, find out how many people they have promoted in that first month. As of right now, they have promoted 1276 in September. So this means they will promote about 1276 (give or take) SSgt a month until they reach your line number. Ex: My line number is 10,269 September: 1200 promoted line numbers 1-1276 October: 1276+1276= line numbers 2552-3827 November: line numbers 3828-5103 December: line numbers 5104-6379 January 13: line numbers 6380-7655 February 13: line numbers 7656-8931 March 13: line numbers 8932-10207 April 13: line numbers 10208-11484 (the month I will be promoted) May 13: line numbers 11485-12760 June 13: line numbers 12761-13448 Hope this helped!

My guesstimate would be May or June depending on the total number promoted.

What is 11000 in roman numerals?

(XI) or XM but with an horizontal line above the numeral X. Numerals in brackets or a line above them indicates multiplication by a thousand. So: (XI) = 11*1000 = 11000.

When do I sew on staff sergeant?

That depends on exactly what you mean. (USAF?) For Air Force, most likely you'll not put on SSgt before 4 years depending on your promotion test scores. If and when you do make it, you'll be assigned a "line number". Which stacks everyone up according to how long they've been in the current rank before promotion. So if you make it your first time most likely it will be about a year after you test for you to actually put on the new rank. Also, in the month that your promotion "line number" comes up, you put on the new rank on the first day of the month in which you're being promoted.

What is 11000 sq feet converted into square meters?

Well... in rough math 1 meter=39 inches. So 11000 ftsq x 12 inches=132,000 inches/39 inches= 3384.61 m sq.feet is the unit of length and square meters is the unit of area hence it could not be done According to www.metric-conversions.org 11000 ft² = 1021.933 m² 11000 feet is impossible to convert to sq. meters if was 11000 sq. feet it would be to easy. Step one: if the 11000 feet is a straight line, you will have to break it into two sides of a rectangle so that one side (a) and the other side (b) add up to 11000 feet. Then multiply (a) by (b). Your answer is the number of square feet in your rectangle. Step Two: One square meter is a square that is approximately 3.3 feet on each side so that would equal 10.9 square feet. Step 3: divide your answer in step one by 10.9 and you will have roughly the number of square meters. However your question is not asked clearly. It could be that you mean 11000 square feet. If that is the case, just divide 11,000 by 10.9!

Can an E5 non selectee get promoted if a staff select loses his line number?

No, if a Staff Sergeant select loses their line number, it does not automatically promote the next person in line. The promotion process is competitive and follows specific guidelines. Therefore, an E5 non-selectee would need to wait for the next promotion cycle and meet the eligibility criteria in order to have a chance at promotion.
