I had a root canal on my back tooth that was supposed to be crowned, but i didn't get around to it, and because the tooth became brittle it broke ( a chunk actually came out of it). My dentist said he'd try and fill it and see how it held up. That was 5 1/2 years ago. It's fine, and has never bothered me. I guess it may depend on the location. My tooth broke in half and part of the middle came out, but the tooth was dead, so i didn't experience any pain or problems.

It means you have a very bad cavity and should see a dentist right away
You could smoke right after having a tooth filled, though I would not suggest it. maybe wait an hour or so but it should not have any affect pain-wise. The only thing is that if you've had white colored filling, the smoke, after time, may cause them to darken in color. I just had two of my teeth filled today and i smoked right after because my dentist told me my answer i have given to you.
Yes there is a problem. It means that you have a major cavity and you should have your wisdom tooth checked right away. The dentist would either tell you to do a filling on it if it is out enough and if the cavity is not too deep. The other alternative would be to extract it.If the tooth is well out and the cavity is into the pulp chamber (nerve), you might save your tooth by doing a root canal on it. That needs to be discussed with the dentist.By Cyberanto

In order to remove the appendix, the surgeon would have to make an incision and open the abdominal cavity. The appendix is a small projection of mucosal associated lymphatic tissue descending from the inferior of the cecum of the colon. It is found in the Right Lower Quadrant (RLQ), lower right hand side of the abdominal cavity. The body cavity is called the abdominal cavity and its membranous lining is called the peritoneum.
A cavity, no matter what kind it is, is a hole. You cannot take out a hole, but you can fill it up. In the case of a tooth cavity, the dentist drills and picks out all of the rotten tooth, right down to good solid material. Then he swabs the cleaned cavity with a liquid to plug up the tiny tubules inside, and also to discourage bacteria growth. Then he packs it full of a silver mixture which is the best material for a long-lasting filling. So . . . no, I cannot take out a cavity because I am not a dentist.
The appendix is located in the lower right quadrant of the abdominal cavity.
It sounds like you may have an endodontic abscess. Return to the dentist that placed the filling as soon as possible and let him/her diagnose the problem.
Depends on the nature and extent of the work. In general you can expect to have to make another appointment for anything major; if it's just filling a small cavity, the dentist may (or may not) have built some "slip time" into his scheduling and might be able to take care of it right then.
As a patient you always have the right to refuse treatment, but it really is better to get a filling while the hole is still small. It's much cheaper and less prone to have complications later.
A dentist prefers for you not to eat right before a cavity is filled. If you do eat, make sure to brush your teeth before going into the dentist.
