If you have just gotten your license can you drive with your friends? |
[Edit] |
Answer
If you have an unrestricted lisence, you can drive with anyone who isn't afraid to ride with you. If it's a learner's permit and one of the friends is a lisenced adult, that should be OK, too (he's "instructing" you). Some states have a restricted lisence that is only valid for driving to and from school or work, and depending on state laws, you may not be allowed to have any passengers.
Answer
any kid how just got their license should definetly spend a lot of time in the car alone before ever having friends to distract them. most accidents including young, inexperienced drivers are caused by distraction in the car. i.e. friends giggling saying "oooooh, look at that over there!!!!", or messing with the stereo, or just trying to show off to their friends.
