They warn about smoking in the first couple of days to prevent dry socket, which is possible. But if it's been three days, and the clot is solid and things are starting to heal, I think you would be fine.
Stopping the Tylenol 3's abruptly could cause some nasty side effects, so the pot might help with those too.
Also, don't pull too hard. It could potentially loosen a clot, and then you are back on track to a dry socket.
