If the father has to have someone to supervise the visitation with his children then something is very wrong in the first place. Either he was abusive physically or mentally with the children. Children may not always know what is right and wrong, but they do have instinctiveness and they probably are extremely uncomfortable with this arrangement. Please see a lawyer and explain what is happening and see if you can get complete custody over the children. Children are the #1 factor in a divorce and they are not a bone to be fought over. I wish you good luck.
it all depends on how old the children are is there any specif reason why they dont? if you have a lawyer contact him and if not contact dept. of children services

It depends on your divorce decree for specifics. After that, whatever you can arrange with the kids and ex-wife should be ok. You should expect to pay for travel and to pay child support even for the periods that they are visiting you. Legally and by what is right, you cannot link child support and visitation as being a one in return for the other.

This will most likely depend on the policy itself and the terms within the policy. I would think that unless there is a specific clause preventing payment during incarceration, the disability payments will continue to be paid as long as you are disabled.
