Your public or external ip address will change, but if you use a router and you have things setup to use a static ip address then your computers private or internal ip address will stay the same but your public or external ip address will still change.
Public or External IP Addresses are assigned by your internet service provides.
Private or Internal IP Addresses are determined by your router if you have one.
