I am afraid that isn't a good idea to eat only salad.. you should have a diet more healthy ! And nobody could answer to your question because that depend of your metabolism, I could advise you to :

- calculating your metabolic rate calculator, to know how many calories you could eat a day, if you prefer no counting, it is your choice, depend of the people.

- I don t know if you have time but practicing a sport at least 3 time per week! (No excuse you can do your workouts/exercises at home)

- Be in a good feeling because if you re stress this last time or something else affect you that could be difficult to start a diet

- Don t depriving yourself of all your favorite foods, because if you do it, your diet is going to be doomed.
