No. And you don't need to "send" the video - that would be large - just a link to it. When that link is clicked the necessary page will start up in your default browser and the video can be played immediately. They support all the popular browsers but you may need to make sure that video is supported. In all cases I've seen you just need flash video player to be installed. If necessary, get that from the adobe.com website.
