It's not likely. The chances are remote, to say the least. First, it is not likely the sperm present in the semen could survive the trip from your mouth to your fallopian tubes via the napkin route. Second, sperm doesn't live very long outside the vagina. Third, even if some sperm did survive, it's unlikely there were sufficient numbers to lead to pregnancy. What this question shows is there are many people engaging in sexual activity who are grossly ignorant of what they are getting involved with and should refrain from having sexual intercourse until they get more educated.

There have been many situations where similar instances have occurs; genital contact with penil ejaculation occuring, but never entering the vagina fully, etc. Sperm are extremely strong swimmers; when sperm are very near or inside your vagina, they can swim for a full 17 hours! They put Olympians to shame. So in conclusion, try having protected oral and vginal sex. This decreases the chance for accidental pregnancies.

∙ 11y agoVery good question and one that commonly gets answered incorrectly. You CAN and in a majority of cases you will. The fluids on your fingertips never fully "dry". If sperm dries it will die, plain and simple. (Unless you re-apply water of course) The fluids on your fingers never dry and thus the sperm can live on your finger for 3-5 days theoretically.
My most recent patient just delivered a beautiful, healthy, baby boy conceived this very way. She had been giving her "friend" a hand job and her friend ejaculated on her face and in her hair by accident. She wiped it off her face and cleaned it out of her hair with her hand and when he left she fingered herself for over an hour. She proceeded to do this 6 times that evening and 30 days later came in suspecting pregancy. She was a born again virgin and thought that by not having intercourse that she would not get pregnant but that is not true.
