Once you sign it, you have to wait out the entire contract before you can cancel it. If you fight it out on the phone, you may be able to get out of the contract if it was less than 30 days since you signed the contract, but you would need to talk to a supervisor - continue up the chain of command and keep asking for supervisors, managers, etc until you get what you want. Typically, they will tell you that cancelling means paying a $200+ cancellation fine so it will take possible an hour on the phone and talking to many different people up the chain of command to get what you want. I got out of one once and it was hard, but be vigilant and you will get what you want.
