If you're partners then that means you are either going steady or living together. Most people don't do this unless they love each other. I think women should always be more independent and not completely rely on their partners. Go out with girlfriends, take college classes, volunteer, etc. The one thing most people don't do is get to know themselves and what they are capable of. I found out in my later years I was a very good artist. It shocked me! All those years and I didn't know I had that in me. Other people find out they are great at writing novels or even poetry. We can't find out about ourselves unless we take "time out" every so often. Men don't like women who are too clingy and like someone a little more independent. Only you would know if you are clingy.
Personally, I find it best to treat a partner with respect, have a good sense of humor, some romance and a few other things mixed in, and let the guy say he loves you first. Some men are very shy about saying "I love you", but, you can always tell if a man does by the way he treats you.

There are a number of possible signs of a person being clingy. These include getting upset if you don't answer their phone calls, not wanting their partner to go out alone, not having their own life and friends, always asking if their partner loves them and jealousy.
It is a relationship that dwells on one being needful of or clingy to their partner. It means you always want your partner to things for you, or be there for not caring whether they can make time for that or whether they can afford to do fulfill your wish. It is being self centered in a relationship and not caring about your partner's needs or wants.
Being to clingy and getting to jealous seem to be a HUGE turn off.
you should wait for him to talk to you :) <3
to stop your dog from being clingy, you must be firm with it, push it away soon it will realise that you dont want it round you all the time.
Of course your not overacting or being clingy, but you should definitely tell him. Maybe he likes you too, but if he doesn't return the feeling, you know it's time to get a new crush...
You should trust your partner! trust is one of the most important signs in a relationship but if he was not trust worthy theres no point being with him/her
You know if a guy is getting clingy by: ~Talks/Texts you all the time, everyday. ~Spends all of his free time with you. ~Gets jealous easily when you're talking to other guys or spending too much time with your friends. ~Starts getting really upset when he's not with you. ~Always thinks that you're going to break up with him. ~Trying to control your time. These are just some of the, lets say "symptoms," of a guy being clingy. There are many more, but I think that these should cover the basics.
Stop clinging to people. Try giving the person space for a while and when they finally change there mind you can slowly go back to being clingy.
let them or they'll dump you for being too clingy
