If you think your neighbor hit and put a dent in your car when it was parked out by the road but you can not see any visible damage done to their vehicle can you still prove that they did it?

Answer

Measure the height of the damage on your car and check the neighbors car for damage at that height. If you cant find any, you dot have any evidence on which to ake a claim.
