Answer
Measure the height of the damage on your car and check the neighbors car for damage at that height. If you cant find any, you dot have any evidence on which to ake a claim.

What if you suspect that your neighbor hit your car? Can you park your car on the road besides of the neighbor house? How do you collect when a neighbor claims they did not hit your car?
