Because every woman has a different length cycle, it is difficult to say exactly. In general, count back 38 weeks from whenever you plan to give birth, and that is approximately the time to conceive. Find out the date around that time when you are fertile ( approximately near the middle of your cycle.) As a very rough guide, late February - early March is the approximate time to conceive.
Also, don't get too hung up on the date on which you want the baby to be born as they seldom arrive exactly on time. Disappointment over the date could spoil the emphasis on welcoming the baby. The art of timing it 'right' is notoriously fragile.

No, absolutely not. If u are under 30/35 u have a good week that u could get pregnant. Maybe even a week and a half. Fertility depends on age and heredity but u can certainly get pregnant more than one or two days out of the month.
