Actually, that is not really true. Too many people are watching the fake TV show REPO. Most states a "REPO-MAN" can not enter any building site that is privet and or locked. In the State of Florida a car can be removed if there is a barrier blocking the front and back. Each State has its own laws so one needs to check the local laws. However, I know of no State the will allow forcible removal of a person unless court ordered and or under Law Enforcement intervention. If someone forcibly removed you that IS IN NO WAY LAW ENFORCEMENT (and we are talking about you sitting in your car) (not a club and you are so drunk that you need help to the outside) It is called Battery in all Fifty States. If this had happened you should have filed charges with your local D.A. Depending on the State you are in, you still can if the limitations have not ran out. Also, In a State like Florida with the no retreat law that would not be a wish move to place ones hands on another to force them out of a car. That makes for a very easy way to get shot.
